The LTM®4703 is a high-performance, ultralow-noise step-down regulator from Analog Devices Inc., capable of delivering up to 12A of continuous output current. Housed in a compact 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 5.07mm ball grid array (BGA) package, this regulator integrates a switching controller, power MOSFETs, an inductor, and support components, simplifying power design and reducing the need for external components.
Operating over an input voltage range of 3V to 16V, the LTM4703 supports adjustable output voltages from 0.3V to 6V, set by a single external resistor.
